• New clients complete a consultation and health history before receiving treatment.

• You agree to share accurate, complete health information and to follow the aftercare instructions you are given.
• Clients under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to give consent and to attend the first visit.

Appointments, cancellations and payment

Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel. Any deposit, cancellation or late arrival policy will be explained when you book. Prices shown or discussed are subject to change, and payment is due at the time of service unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Promotions and gift cards

Specials and promotions are valid only for the dates and terms stated, cannot be combined unless noted, and have no cash value. Gift cards are handled according to Florida law and the terms printed on the card.

Using this website

You agree not to misuse this website. That includes trying to access private areas, interfering with how the site works, or submitting false or harmful information through our forms.

Please do not send private medical details through the contact form. We will review your health history with you securely during your consultation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you share.
